Chicken Pulao

​Method:

  1. Wash and soak rice in water
  2. Slice onions and fry in a mixture of ghee and oil until brown in color
  3. Pour the mixture in step 2 in a cooking pot and add masala powder.
  4. Add the chillies and meat (minced), you can add peas also if you want…
  5. Allow to simmer for 5 minutes (if necessary add some water)
  6. Drain rice and put it in the cooking pot mixing thoroughly.
  7. Add water till covers the rice completely and bring it to boil, then lower heat and allow to cook under cover.
  8. When cooked allow to dry and remove from fire.
  9. Garnish with browned onions.

  • Steward’s Lazzat Masala for Pulao
  • Onions (2 medium size)
  • Meat 1kg
  • Green chillies
  • Cooking oil
  • Ghee
  • Rice
