Chicken Pulao
Method:
- Wash and soak rice in water
- Slice onions and fry in a mixture of ghee and oil until brown in color
- Pour the mixture in step 2 in a cooking pot and add masala powder.
- Add the chillies and meat (minced), you can add peas also if you want…
- Allow to simmer for 5 minutes (if necessary add some water)
- Drain rice and put it in the cooking pot mixing thoroughly.
- Add water till covers the rice completely and bring it to boil, then lower heat and allow to cook under cover.
- When cooked allow to dry and remove from fire.

Garnish with browned onions.

- Onions (2 medium size)
- Meat 1kg
- Green chillies
- Cooking oil
- Ghee
- Rice
